Partners with Emmis Communications
CustomWeather
to provide forecasts for websites for more than 20 radio stations
SAN FRANCISCO — November
6, 2002 — CustomWeather, the leading supplier of syndicated custom
weather data, announced today that it has partnered with Emmis Communications,
owner of more than 20 radio stations in major markets throughout the US, including
New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Emmis will use CustomWeather’s comprehensive global
weather forecasts and reports to serve visitors to the web site presences for its
radio stations. CustomWeather will offer its weather content in Spanish, in addition
to English, to meet the needs of Emmis’ various radio station on-line audiences.
